Coup de Grâce gives an extra token when doing something specific

Played on Nintendo Switch. Version 6.0.1
Coup de Grâce, only on tier 1 and 2 specifically, gives 2 instead of 1 token when the last generator gets completed AND you have not attacked AT ALL. Lunge or no lunge, hitting a survivor or just slashing the air, doesn't matter (Couldn't test for powers). If you did that, you will now have 6 tokens when the last generator is done instead of 5. The tier 3 version works fine as far as I can tell
Tested it with Spirit and Dredge for tier 1, Twins for tier 2 and Huntress for tier 3
