Does Hex: Undying’s aura reading still work if the dull totem is cleansed?

I don’t have a way to test this myself unfortunately, but when bringing Undying by itself, it still acts as a hex totem i.e spawning a lit totem in a trial that can be cleansed if I’m correct.

It gives aura reading on Survivors near dull totems, but if the dull totem is cleansed without the main lit totem being cleansed, does it still give aura reading on Survivors near the destroyed dull totem? Specifically asking because I remember it does or used to since I’ve been accused of hacking by using “passive Undying” as I like to call it and Survivors say they’ve cleansed the dull totem so I shouldn’t still be able to see their aura. Maybe they’ve changed it since I last used it.

    I am pretty sure it is not supposed to reveal the aura around a cleansed Totem anymore and if it ever did it was probably a bug(?)
