Nemesis Bug - survivor do not lose "infected overlay" after using vaccine

After a survivor uses a vaccine, they do not get rid of the blue overlay they have
(I used the Halloween/blighted skin for Nemesis)
Every single survivor in this match had this bug
In the picture you can see a Kate, being covered in the blue T-Virus stuff, even tho she is not infected
