We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
No Green Glyphs spawned on Midwich

Description of the issue: I was playing a normal survivor game on Midwich with the green glyph challenge selected. Throughout the game all 5 gens got done and multiple people hooked, but not a single green Glyph spawned. The gates were opened and not a single aura of the glyph lit up. In endgame chat I asked if anyone had the same challenge selected, but everyone said no.
The game afterwards I purposefully sent myself to Midwich, still got none.
Steps to produce: Select a Green Glyph challenge, play on Midwich
How often does this occur: Out of two games, it happened both times.
