The Pig Face Mask + Video Tape addon bug

When playing against the Pig using the Face Mask + Video Tape addon combo, even after removing the Reverse Bear Trap, I was still afflicted with the Blindness status affect for the rest of the trial. Spectating showed that my other teammates seemed to still have the Blindness status as well.
Assumed to be reproducible by playing against the same addon combination.
Only occurred once but I have only played against this combo once this patch.

I've had this happen before too. It also occurs with the slow-release toxin (exhaustion addon) + video tape.
