Some perk tweaks after the Dev update
If Barbeque and Chili, and We're Gonna Live forever are both having their blood point effects removed, please consider increasing their relative effects to say 6 seconds for BBQ and +140% for WGLF. Otherwise these perks will fall by the waist side quickly.
Also about the basekit 5 sec borrowed time: high level killers already sometimes try to wait out the borrowed time or get grabs which bypass endurance, so this 5 seconds can easily be waited out. If anything, I see this change making the improved borrowed time even stronger and MORE META. I understand that the devs think this perk's role is healthy for the game, which is fair, but please consider increasing the basekit effect and decreasing the perk's effect to not make the perk so desirable (flip basekit and perk, but slightly reduced time). New borrowed time will very likely still be meta. Alternatively, instead of 5 seconds of basekit endurance, just make it so the unhooked survivor has no collision for 5 seconds. Outside of the very strong 2nd chance effect of this new borrowed time, it will also embolden unhooked survivors to go for more obnoxious body blocks with more time than before even though the role of the perk is to stop unhook tunneling.
Edit: thinking a bit more, off the record may replace borrowed time in the meta, but would play a similar role but personal instead of team role. So instead of borrowed + decisive, it'd be off the record + decisive.
Corrupt intervention also got nerfed, but the reason for why it was so good seemingly did not get affected. The perk stops bad survivor spawns (survivors spawning separated and far from killer) all slamming gens at the beginning of the match. Gen speeds got slightly tweaked, but if survivors spawn 2 and 2 and slam gens with prove thyself, the extra 10 seconds will not be as impactful. If the perk is now going to deactivate when a survivor is put into the dying state, please consider increasing the time, or making some small basekit version such as even just 10 seconds of all gens blocked at the start of the trial.
Lastly, if teachables are going away, do people that already acquired teachables from the shrine/bloodweb still keep them or how will that work? Say for example I buy hangman's trick from the shrine today, but don't own the Pig, will I still be able to get hangman trick in new blood webs?
