Seriously, I agree with majority of changes. I like that you are shaking up the meta, buffing useless perks and nerfing the top tier ones.
The only thing I strongly disagree is Spine Chill. It was broken (I always run SC), but taking away BOTH early alert and vault speed makes this perk literally useless.
Deah Hard and Monstrous Shrine changes are the most exciting for me!
I like that opening gates deactivates DS, but 3second stun seems a bit low.
Edit: I kind of like and dislike progression update at the same time. It won't be as grindy and excecution is kind of smart... but on the other hand we have so much blood points that everyone will be running the strongest stuff all the time :P.
Edit2: I am not playing the game till the changes go live. Too tired of DH :).
Edit3: I think Self-Care is useless now though... it was pretty bad before, but now? Did people really use it THAT often?
Edit4: NOED nerf... I expected that it will be nerfed and I am positively surprised that it actually still does anything. This is and was a very bad, trap of a perk for years now... I don't think it deserved any nerfs considering how much counterplay it has... but overall I'm glad it only got hit this tiny amount.
Edit5: I'm not sure if Iron Will wasn't hit too hard as well... but I am glad it no longer is unaffected by Stridor.
