My thoughts for how med-kits could be nerfed/changed. All items and add-ons covered. If something is not specified, it is unchanged.

Med-Kits

Camping Aid Kit - +50% altruistic healing speed, -35% self-healing speed.

First Aid Kit - 16 charges, +75% altruistic healing speed.

Emergency Med-Kit - +100% altruistic healing speed, +15% self-healing speed.

Ranger Med-Kit - +50% altruistic healing speed, -35% self-healing speed.

Add-ons

Rubber Gloves - Rework: Failed skill checks don't regress healing.

Butterfly Tape - Buff: Increases healing speeds by 15%.

Sponge - Rework: Healing actions with the med-kit halt bleeding for 15 seconds after healing ends. Dropped to Common rarity.

Bandages - Rework: Increases altruistic healing efficiency by 20%. Bumped up to Uncommon rarity.

Self-Adherent Wrap - Rework: Increases self-healing speed by 25%.

Needle and Thread - Rework: Increases the Trigger odds of Healing Skill Checks by +20%. Great healing skill checks provide +10% healing progress, while failed healing skill checks regress healing progress by an additional 10%.

Medical Scissors - Rework: Healing with the Med-Kit ignores Mangled.

Anti-Haemorrhagic Syringe - Rework: Healing progress caused by the med-kit cannot be regressed by the Hemorrhage status effect. Dropped to Uncommon Rarity.

Gauze Roll - Unchanged, but rarity bumped to Rare.

Surgical Suture - Rework: Increases the Trigger odds of Healing Skill Checks by +20%. Great healing skill checks provide +15% healing progress, while failed healing skill checks regress healing progress by an additional 5%.

Abdominal Dressing - Rework: +50% healing speed when healing a survivor that recovered from Deep Wounds, including yourself.

Gel Dressings - Nerf: Current effects, but with a -15% healing speed. Bumped to Very Rare rarity.

Styptic Agent - Nerf: Requires at least 8 charges to use. Rarity bumped up to Iridescent.

Hope this is at least helpful for inspiration!
