Do you think if perks (such as nurses calling and coulrophobia) worked on the deep wound status effect (treating it as a healing action), making the survivors heal all the way with the deep wound status effect (like snapping out of it) and allowing perks such as noed/make your choice work with his ability it would make him viable without being op? thoughts

or make normal movement speed? or have the bleed-out timer still tick down in a chase, only at 25% or 50% speed

Just make all perks viable with his power don't need run arounds. Perks description shouldn't change with new killers. Cause they don't change the perk with exceptions in description. Plus new players putting on perks with legion gonna be confused why these perks not working with his power.

Im really sad there isn't increase in vault speed in window with bamboozle and couldn't bamboozle a pallet i vaulted.

Plus at end game when all 4 escaping why can't i rancor or noed instadown.

Plus doesn't  franklin demise require a regular hit also.

Does his power just say F having perks
