PC - Can't pick up a surv in a specific area

Description: A specific area in the map that I could hit the survivors but could pick them up cause there was a invisible wall.
How often: Ocurred only one time untill now.
Character played: Blight.
Perks: Tinkerer, Fearmonger, Barbecue and Discordance.
Map: Léry's Memorial Institute.
