We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
PC - Freddie's Skill doesn't prevent survivors from rushing actions mid scream

Every time a survivor sets off Freddies skill, they are still able to rush vaults and pallets during their scream.
Easily reproduced, just have somebody step on the bloodpool and have them rush vault through it.
This happens every time.
