We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Dredge power consumes inner strength charge

Issue: When the dredge emerges from a locker you are using for inner strength, it continues to consume the power and waste your charge.
Steps to reproduce: Head into a locker injured with inner strength and have the dredge use their power on the locker you are using.
How often does this occur? Every time.
