Lament bugged on fence.

I am new to the game so I apologise if this is lacking detail.
Playing on PC: Steam.
As you can see from the video, the lament spawned on the fence, I am unable to take this, and other players experienced this issue.
I do not know how to reproduced, I would assume this is map dependant and RNG upon spawn location.
Once this spawned, it was impossible to stop the chains.

I had the same issue just now. It's interesting, as the box uses the same spawn locations as survivors and Trapper's bear traps as far as I know, so the box spawning on the fence shouldn't be possible unless you can also spawn on top of the fence as survivor. I might be wrong about that though.
