QoL change for the Doctor

This thing always bugged me but I never really gave attention to it, just like everyone since I never saw someone bring it out: the Doctor's shock attacks don't follow terrain. This makes it so it's hard to shock someone which is not at the same height as us (for example on a hill or on the basement stairs).
It's a really minor thing (I wouldn't even consider it a buff), but I think it would be a nice QoL change to make the shocks follow the terrain.

Yes, this ^^^. If you can connect a hit chasing somebody up or down terrain, you should be able to hit somebody with Shock Therapy doing the same (never understood why it was ground-based to begin with, but OK).

Its BHVR implementing, all their stuff works in 2D only. Thats the reason why terror radius is always there, no matter on which floor you are etc etc. Also I assume that this 2D implementation prevented proper hitbox detection in the early days and thus they took as usual the easy way and implemented a hitcone detection.(2D again  )

Dont expect this to change, it would probably require fundamental recoding
