Remove Unhooked Survivors Hitbox Instead of giving Endurance
If off the record has an 80 second timer, this gives survivors new avenues for obnoxious body blocking. In the current meta, one of the most obnoxious parts of borrowed time is how unhooked survivors use borrowed time's endurance effect offensively to protect teammates and force tunneling instead of using the effect to avoid tunneling. Imagine the scenario where a survivor is unhooked who has off the record, and then is healed by their teammate thus not doing a conspicuous action themselves, and then they can body block a killer from healthy to injured, and then again from injured to deep wounds. With this in mind, Mettle of Man might see more usage and make this even more obnoxious.
I don't like how the short 5 second base kit endurance effect can still be waited out by killers (killers can just body block unhooked survivor from getting to a pallet, can still grab them if they try to vault bypassing endurance) and how on the flip side the endurance effect can still be used offensively to force killers to tunnel. A simple fix for this is to simply remove the survivor's hitbox for that time instead of granting the endurance effect. Also, if 80 seconds is reasonable on off the record, why only 5 seconds base kit endurance instead of say 15? 15 seconds opens the flood gate for even more obnoxious body blocking, thus why I think that simply removing the survivor's hitbox is the best solution.
If the devs don't want to do this, or can't code the rework of removing the hitbox before it goes live, then a more reasonable numbers tweak might be 8 seconds base kit and 25 seconds for Off the Record. Dead hard was problematic because at times it acted as a 3rd health state, this is literally a 3rd health state.
TLDR: Remove the endurance effect from unhooking with borrowed time/off the record and simply remove the survivor's hitbox temporarily to remove the killer's ability to tunnel and for survivors to body block. 80 seconds of endurance from off the record is too long compared to only 5 seconds base kit.

With either answer, the killer needs to have some sort of indicator that a person is immune (ONLY for Unhook\BT\OTR - not for medkit addon related endurance). The whole point is to stop tunneling. Showing the killer they can't harm the survivor would do just that. Without an indicator, the survivors could easily abuse their immunity by intentionally trying to grab the killer's attention to go after and chase them knowing that they aren't in any actual danger. Imagine a couple of 80 second immune survivors running around trying to loop the killer and the killer wastes their time chasing after them when they actually aren't in any danger from the killer, at all. This new endurance thinking needs to prevent the survivors from turning it from an escape feature to an offensive feature against the killer. 80 seconds is a long time. You'll break line of sight easily during that time. Killer needs to be able to know if a survivor is actually capable of being attacked.

This is a great point. They could add the white sheen on survivors that already happens when they get hit with endurance so signify they have no hitbox.
