Forced Penance applies too early
Shooting a survivor who takes a protection hit with "The Redeemer" applies Forced Penance just by shooting the survivor, rather than hitting them with an M1 afterwards.
As you can see, Yun Yin has the broken status effect with full health. The timer is ticking down without any effect
I just shot the Kate and she got the broken Status effect as well, even tho there was no other injured survivor nearby. In this case, Kate got the broken status effect by the broken status effect Yun Yin had
