Brokenbones revamps teachables: Nea Karlsson

So I had this idea to make a thread/series of threads that focus on suggestions that specifically revamp the teachables of a particular character who have perks that are underwhelming/underused/weak and so on. The recent big perk overhaul inspired me somewhat

The focus of this thread will be Nea. I'll include any reasons for changes as well in brackets

1) Balanced Landing:

Your agility and cat-like relexes are incomparable.

You fall from any height silently, all grunts of exertion from falling are always silent.

When falling from great heights and not exhausted, you also benefit from the following effects:

  • A reduced stagger duration by 75%.
  • Upon landing, break into a sprint at 150% of your normal movement speed for 3 seconds. This causes the Exhausted status effect for 60/50/40 seconds.

(Balanced landing is still a really good perk, this is just a small quality of life tweak to give it just a little bit more of a stealth utility that can be used even when exhausted.)

2) Streetwise:

Long nights out taught you to do a lot with what you have got.

  • While you are alive in the trial, you reduce the depletion rate of Flashlights by 40/45/50%. This effect applies to every other survivor in the trial.
  • Streetwise also increases the duration of all 'blind' actions by 1 second.
  • Survivors can only be affected by one instance of 'Streetwise'

(Streetwise is both a really bad perk but also kind of unhealthy given it's usage with toolboxes and medkits, items that are strong by default. By reworking this perk, I wanted to make it stand out and make it a bit more unique.

The reason why I made it function like open handed is because you typically will not be close to survivors using flashlights for them to get use of the passive. Making it global means anyone with a FL will get value from your buff

The secondary effect also makes Flashlights a bit stronger, as well as enhancing other pekrs such as Flashbang and Blast Mine.)

3) Urban Evasion:

Years of evading the cops taught you a thing or two about stealth.

  • Increased movement speed while crouching by 90/95/100%
  • All 'slow' actions have their sounds rendered completely silent (Slow vaulting windows and pallets, entering a locker, picking up and dropping items)
  • While healthy and stationary, decrease the volume of your breathing by 25%

(A stealth perk that currently is useless to experienced survivors, my idea was to add in several smaller stealth related effects that on their own are too weak to make for a new perk, but combined form a useful and versatile stealth perk for survivors who like to use stealth when needed

Also, what I mean by the noise caused by slow actions - survivors still make audible noises when they perform slow actions. I also added the reduced breathing volume to simulate the idea that someone who's trying to hide can hold/stifle their breathing to make it quieter.)
