Babysitter/guardian ignored

Changes to survivor base kit give survivors 7% haste for 5 seconds after getting off a hook. Babysitter/guardian did this for 8 seconds plus disabling scratch marks and blood from the survivor. Half of its intended use is basekit, and while the perk has never been that great (much to my dismay) the fact that perks are being buffed but this one was ignored is kinda crazy.

Yeah, I was wondering about that myself - I'd tried Guardian a few times as a potential BT buff but found it underwhelming by comparison. I was hoping it might amplify the haste effect now, but if it doesn't... looks like it needs some attention!

Maybe it was one of the few that were in the "40+" that didn't make the cut?

I mean, the easy fix is just to amplify the base effects, kind of similiar as bt does now.

Do they not stack? My assumption would be that it stacks like other Haste movement speed boosts currently do on Live, so using Babysitter would give the unhooked survivor 14% faster.
