Wait To Do PTB Till After Events

I understand that we can do the PTB after the event is over, but it would make it a lot easier for people if the PTB can start after each big event. Since the Anniversary is going on still, it would have been nice to have the PTB begin tomorrow since the anniversary event ends tomorrow morning (ET).
