We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

The last sentence reads "Generators affected by Jolt immediately lose 32 of their progress"
I'm pretty sure that should be a percentage based number instead - and it's most likely not 32%.
EDIT: I just noticed it also doesn't say anything about going on cooldown anymore. This is not the PTB where the cooldown has been removed, this screenshot was taken on live servers.
