There's absolutely too many pallets, it's just inhuman to play as killer.

You mean all this time the key to balancing the game was simply to reduce the number of pallets? And here I was thinking there wasn't enough. Honestly though I'm afraid the game needs much more than just a focus on pallets. In fact I'd argue this game will never truly be balanced enough to satisfy both sides.
