I would like to make a suggestion for Legion
I'm a Legion main, I put in hundreds of hours into the character. I think they are fun to play as. However, I realize that the slowdown they bring is horrible to play against. So in the light of the buffs to Thanatophobia and Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain, I recommend you lower the base mending time from Feral Frenzy.
Right now, self-mending takes 12 seconds, and altruistic mending takes 8 seconds. With the Filthy Blade, that increases by 4 seconds. Meaning a self-mend takes 16 seconds. That's extremely slow.
I think it would be best to lower the time it takes to mend from Feral Frenzy by about 3-4 seconds. I think 8 seconds for self-mend, and 6 for altruistic mend is probably ideal. And you could still increase it by 4 seconds with the Filthy Blade back up to 12 seconds.
And it goes without saying that it wouldn't touch the other Deep Wound perks, like Soul Guard and Borrowed Time. Those should stay at the current numbers.
But of course that's just what I think. If anyone else has any input, that would be appreciated.

Nope. Mending is a big part of their slowdown. People go on about thanat without taking into account that heals are going to be faster than ever with new botany.

Disagree.
Mending is a crucial aspect of the Legion. Aside from slowdown, it helps him counter healing items/ perks that many other killers struggle with.
Furthermore, the reason DW time was changed to 20 across the board was for consistency. Having variable DW times without add-ons would bring back the inconsistencies of the past.
What COULD happen is Altruistic Mending getting buffed from 8 seconds (50% faster) to 6 (100% faster).

Legion's mending is fine. BHVR shouldn't be buffing thanatophobia though.

His add-ons yes, but his base power still functions the same - just stronger. Think original Freddy to what we have now, or before his nerfs. Except, don’t do it like that...

they literally added speed and an insta down ability for feral frenzy chain hits, that's not only addons

No way should they nerf such a medicore killer. He needs buffs if anything.
