After ending a match as killer, the endgame UI fails to load, leaving the player stuck watching the endgame walking animation with no UI.
Reproduction:
While all the survivors are dying on hook or in End Game Collapse, kick a breakable wall, then open the menu (default key esc) before the animation finishes. If timed correctly (having the options menu open before the animation finishes, and the animation fails to finish before the game ends and the player enters the postgame menu), the player will be stuck in an infinite screen and must force quit the game to continue
