Onis Power Creates More Orbs Than It's Supposed To

Description of Issue: When injured, a survivor is supposed to drop several orbs when fast vaulting things, this number is doubles / tripled - Additionally the addons to increase orb drop rates do not work.
Steps to reproduce: Be injured by oni, fast vault
How often does this occur: 100% reproducible
