Pls punish t-bagging
Pls punish it by blocking the exit, if a survivor t-baggs in the exit gate. This game is so toxic, maybe do a little bit against it

I'm survivor main and I tried playing Legion yesterday for first time, I use the bunny outfit (my favourite cosmetic in the entire game) and no perks because I just want to practice chases as Killer, went by exit gate while looking for pallets to break during egc, and all 4 survivors there tea bagging lol. Lesson learnt, I just stay in the middle of map now until they finally leave haha. Did find some survivors tend to hang around until very last second though, wish people would just take the win and leave already.

Its way to annoying. This happens every singe game, thats not a 4 kill. I play both sides and survivors are just way to toxic. I rearly see toxic killers but i see toxic survivors in every game. I just cant understand that BHVR isnt doing anything against this
5 -
Meh. Add in game coms for even more toxicity. There's no stamping it out entirely when just achieving your objective is considered toxic. Embrace it.
0 -
t-bagging isnt achieving a single objective. Its just toxic.
4 -
I don't care about the tbagging. But the fact that people don't leave immediately and waste my time is annoying.
21 -
Thats annoying too
5 -
Just block spam crouching, it serves no real gameplay purpose.
2 -
Tbagging to disrespect the killer is bad manners. I mean we all know what that gesture means. The only problem is that you can't ban it. If you ban squats, survivors will find other ways to annoy you (e.g. nodding, pointing at you) It´s best to just ignore them.

oh no, not tbagging :'(
17 -
I clicked this to see if it was bait lol

When BHVR was redoing the animations, they stated they tweaked it around a bit to make it feel satisfying with one of their main examples of this being tbagging.
So I wouldn't hold your breath over it
3 -
Hmm.... They should definetely remove t-bagging, because it hurts ego of some angry kids. But in the same time should keep hook slapping, fervent nodding, taunting and bleeding out, because that's healthy.
World would be much better if people looked in the mirror more frequently :)

I do nothing of this but ok
2 -
no

I have heard that teabagging in this game was deliberately done to look fluid as to ‘harmlessly smack talk’ the other side. Not sure if true but based on what I actually have seen this would not surprise me.
They could have added taunts which would only work once every minute or so when in vision and a certain range of the killer and give you blood points in exchange for revealing your location and aura to the killer for a few seconds and if they chase you they also get blood points. If you lose them, more blood points, if you get hit or downed the killer gets points instead. If the killer ignores you, more blood points for the taunter. That to me is harmless smack talk. Sure some will get upset by it but as an actual game mechanic it’d be tolerated more.
But no, let’s waste resources on making teabagging looking fluid.

Don't go to the exit gate.
It's just that simple you know they are there having a dance off and yet you attend anyway and get upset about it.
8 -
because they will wait until the last second to leave, thats even more annoying
3 -
So 😂
Then do something else till they leave
A few things
YouTube
Get something to eat or drink
Look outside
Do some Push-ups
Or better yet just push them out

t-bag is life
1 -
People will always find a way to taunt in video games. For anyone who gets overly triggered by this, maybe find a different hobby because it’s always going to be there
2 -
I’m sorry but if you get offended over somone crouching I don’t think gaming is for you ….. 😂 maybe try civilisation ?

tbh I think the lack of emotes in dbd is what makes it so toxic, in Friday the 13th it's a lot funnier than it is toxic, I think the solution is not punishment but actually positive emotes

Lmao built in blood warden yes please, lol

I mean... you were right there, u could've scared them out with frenzy

I'll add some translations of arguments for teabagging so we can read the actual arguments.
'It's just crouching': I like to gaslight
'It's just smacktalk': This is either 'I'm 14 or younger or have the mentality of someone 14 or younger' or 'I have no empathy'; possibly both
'Maybe video games aren't for you': I like bullying but can only do it online since there are real life consequences to doing it in real life so I want to victim blame instead of owning up to my actions
'It's not toxic': I like telling other people to feel what makes my life more convenient instead of acknowledging people react differently
'It's been around forever': 'Boys will be boys' variation or a variation of 'It's just locker talk' that has been used to try to excuse bad behaviour
It's fun: Either 'I'm 14, etc' as above and/or 'I enjoy trying to upset other people because my life is miserable so my main source of enjoyment is trying to make other people feel as bad as me.' This could also be 'Other people's feelings are secondary to me'
There is the rare 'This is out of character for me but I was tilted and/or had a bad day and I'm trying to retroactively defend my decision instead of admitting I'm human and just made a bad choice just like everyone sometimes does' but normally it's one of the above

Anyone know where the bathroom is? I’m lost

So you want blood warden to be on whenever somebody hit the crouch button...

Oh god, not t-bagging. The absolute horrors. I'll be sure to do my part and t-bag extra at the gates and hatch today.
5 -
Pretty much this. It’s justification for being needlessly being a jerk without consequence. Sure some are maybe too sensitive to it but is it really that hard to not be a jerk? Wait of course it is…
6 -
Learn to ignore it - or random idiots in the internet in general. Better for your health.
3 -
Its a valid strategy.
6 -
It is not a strategy to t-bag infront of the exit
2 -
imagine getting upset over people pressing a button on their keyboard multiple times in a row
2 -
It is too. It's part of the Gotcha! Strategy.

What I usually do is just stay away from the exit gates once the survivors make it to them. Then I go grab a snack and wait for them to get out.
And to everyone saying anything along the lines of “get thicker skin” or “it’s just smack talk”, i would like to add that Teabagging in dbd is a bit different from other games because most people only do it when they have already won and they know the other side can’t get them back, which is why it’s a bit more frustrating to see.

As killer you have this great tool called a weapon. Press M1 and make the survivors leave. Time wasting over.
Its even more effective if you don't care about people button mashing at you.
If people can't figure out how to leave and stand there mashing buttons till something works, I'm more than happy to help them out the door.
5 -
If it looks like all are going to get away I go in the basement. If a survivor is stupid enough to go down and flaunt thats on them, I've had a few surprise reversals due to ego.

there is nothing to be done, except buffing the killer cast, like pyramid, doctor and trickster.

Love seeing survivor mains tea bag and click at killers while at safe pallets, then get salty in end game chat when the killer hit them on hook a couple times. These players are mentally children who can dish it but can't take it.
It is sad that bhvr encourages this behavior by actively making the tea bag animation better. It's one thing if you're unable to change the behavior b/c some players will always be 13.But the dev team incentivizes the "poor winner" attitude. Now survivors can stack endurance for more tea bags! Seriously hope that gets addressed before release.

Crouching up and down in a video game man. Ain't that serious bro. I'm a killer main. I get tbagged, clicked, macro'd, everything in the book as everyone else experiences. It's all just for fun and games. As long as they are normal humans in end game lobby. What I consider toxic is when people start flaming you. Whether it's calling you bad, bringing up the real world and so forth. Let Bad Manners be in game and only in game stuff. All for the fun of it.
2 -
I agree, they should add more emotes in the game, would be fun. Instead of the good ol tbag, could use silly emotes too.
1 -
Exactly man, don't get me wrong when you're try harding, sometimes it's easy to get flustered and overwhelmed in a sweaty lobby. That's the point of BM though, to get you riled up to play worse. Just don't fall for the tricks, and realize it's a video game man.
2 -
I would agree, if you BM but can't handle BM back, that is ultimate baby rage. It's pathetic. If I BM, I expect it back, and I laugh. I always see it as a mutual thing.
I think it's silly to say they encourage it cus the animation is better...

When I first started playing DBD I thought it was dancing 😂 to consider it as TB-ing is such a guy thing 💀
0 -
lolllllllll people like u are the reason they do it... BECAUSE IT GETS TO YOU
0 -
At least the survivors and killers will feel more human and know that someone else is there. If any harrassment is done then it can be recorded and reported. Easy. Having proximity chat with killers and survivors would be amazing.

These kind of posts make laugh. I never care about someone spamming the crouch button. I know people do it to be toxic so I ignore it. If they do it in chase, it's bait. It's a sign I should hit gens, so I love the little reminder.

Here's a picture of a gaslight to flesh out your post.

Here's a picture of what happens when you get t-bagged.
