Merciless Storm skill checks bug

I'm playing DbD on PC - Steam and I was playing a match as a survivor and I reached 90% of the gen. It warned me of Merciless Storm but a normal skill check showed up instead, after hitting it, the perk skill checks appeared and I missed one of them. Then the skill check remained on my HUD and the gen didn't get blocked. Then, for the rest of the match, I got no other skill checks, whether by the perk, healing or repairing actions. I've attached 2 videos of it, the first one is when the bug happened, the second one is me doing a full gen and getting no other skill checks after all.
