Can survivors see Dredge teleport?

Can the survivors see/hear Dredge teleport? I ask because the survivors get off the gen and run when I teleport to the locker even before I hit it.

I can see them with darkness revealed then I teleport to close by locker. Right before I get to the locker they jump off the gen and run

    There's loud af noise + the locker itself has like dark mist surrounding it

    No, there's no audio/visual component to the Dredge teleporting to a locker that the survivors can hear/see. They only get an audio cue when you're attempting to leave a locker.

    The Dark Mist only appears around the locker if you stay inside the locker for 8 seconds. Chances are they had something like Spine Chill or just suspected you'd teleport towards their gen so made an early run for it or were in a voice call and called out that you were teleporting (as other survivors watching you can tell when you've teleported somewhere).
