desc: jolt, a killer perk, has a bugged display for the generator amount, showing 32 (the range), instead of -8%. it is provided in the screenshot
steps: get jolt/look at it
freq: only have seen once
additional: N/A (i forgot what i had played before this, this is purely aesthetic, as you can see, blight is the killer used here but it applies to any killer that has it so far, i recently has gotten it on deathslinger when i had noticed)
