Unable to access the PTB

On steam it does not show the PTB, only options for betas is "none". I have already restarted steam and my pc and still nothing. (Don't think I posted this in the right spot sorry, cant delete it)

    There is currently no PTB on Steam, the last one for the mid chapter patch has closed last week. Please watch our channels for further information on when the next PTB will be.
