I don't want that stupid useless excuse of a Perk that calls itself Surveillance, no not even after the 8th Bloodweb in a row you spawned it. Get lost.

It's literally the only Perk left to get on my Wraith.
Still don't understand how anyone could look at that Perk and see it as useful.
