I'm still trying to P3 a bunch of characters and I'm not sure if I should prestige them now and lose the flan they have which I'm using to grind or wait. I could really use another week for this but it's hard to plan out without a date. Has BVHR said anything on this that I'm unaware of?

Nope, we don’t know, BHVR usually announces the date officially on the same day it actually happens.
though they have posted tweets about new content (Attack on Titans charms) last week and I think they usually do stuff like that a week before this would release… buts that’s just speculation..
