Spine chill change

Playing on PS4. I tried spine chill out in a custom on Midwhich. The perk completely lit up there and was no line of site with killer, killer was on the second floor, I was on the first floor. As killer got closer still, separate floors, the red counter came on and stopped when the killer turned around facing opposite of me. Killer was facing me at the exit gate and the perk stayed lit up, even when killer left completely. We were testing the changes to the perks to see how they are working now. Spine chill was giving very conflicting information between the red counter and it being solid white to not on at all. I didn't see any issues reported when I searched in bar Spine Chill 2022 that I could add to or talked about this exactly.
