Not all lvl 50 characters turned into P1 after the update

I had all my playing characters lvl 50 before the update, but after the update, only some of them are P1 WHY?

    You only get a prestige level if you had 70+ perk tiers unlocked. At 120+ it would be P2 and 170+ is P3.

    If you had prestige levels, you got an extra 2 prestige levels for each one (essentially prestige x3).

    So if you had them at level 50, didn't have enough perk tiers (just getting to level 50 gets you about ~60ish), and didn't prestige, you're out of luck.

    This was listed in the patch notes.
