Auric Cells Disappear from the Rift Premium Track

I don't know if this is just a visual bug, but I just completed Tier 2 of the Rift and when I went in to check the rewards, the Tier and upcoming Auric Cell tiers appeared in blank. I restarted the game and the cells were back in the track, but I'm not 100% certain I received them.
If I am able to recreate the issue, I will update with more details and screencaptures.
