Chest sound glitch

This may be common for most killers but i have been playing nemesis and when ever a chest or vaccine box is being opened and i'm not around, it will play the box opening audio and when i come into view it will literally open in front of me with no one around, using nemesis actually made it easy to test this because i know someone opened it a while ago because the killer instinct will pop up meaning they got and used the vaccine but later when i go over to the box i will hear it open, when i come into range sometimes if its in view when i get into this "audio trigger range" i will see it open as well. this happened on multiple maps
