Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Please make an exhaustion perk that activates on command

Please make an exhaustion perk that activates when the player decides for it to activate by pressing the active ability button.

It doesn't have to last long.

It can still cause exhausted.

It doesn't need to give the player iframes.

It only needs to give me some fixed amount of distance when I want it to.

That's it.

It only needs to give me some fixed amount of distance when I want it to.

This is impossible to implement in the game without it being broken, evident by DH being the most overused perk ever. The current exhaustion perks, while "balanced" are generally more than strong enough with a couple outliers being either map reliant or unreliable in general (head on, smash hit, balanced landing). While I understand the thoughts behind it, I really don't think it would ever be healthy to add a "press this key for free distance" perk for the foreseeable future.

No. That's why they reworked Dead Hard. Distance on command is way too punitive for killers that lack ranged powers.

If you really want this function, learn how to 99 Sprint Burst. At least then there's a tradeoff and difficulty maintaining it. E to reach pallet was not healthy for the game.

If you're talking about sprint burst NOOOO. Honest, I am mainly a survivor main and if this was added and you could run around with sprint burst and activate with a single press of a button then that is OP as F... I actually use sprint burst and this would be an extreme buff, this would not be fair.

    no

dead hard was unbalanced and frustrating to play against ONLY because of the distance, not even the iframes.

sure you could use it for the iframes but at that point you already messed up.

using it for distance is basically iframes because if you are too far away for the killer to hit you, he cant hit you. It would just be a slightly worse dead hard. no thanks

i am not against the idea of an E perk that isnt dead hard but if it s a shortrange dash it s a big no. Even a sprint burst like effect would be too much, even if it only lasted 1 second or something.

You are describing basically old dh where the i frames were never guaranteed but was still ran by almost everyone

"Make a completely overpowered perk that is uncounterable to the majority of killers in this game when it was removed from Dead Hard for that exact reason."

    🤦
