Vaccine interaction bar invisible

• Description of the issue: When carrying a vaccine, the interaction bar doesn't appear, suggesting you can't use it (you still can, but I had other survivors getting confused about it).

• Steps to reproduce (if possible): play against Nemesis

• How often does this occur: always

    +1 got me killed because I thought it wasn't working I spent extra time standing around and Nemesis saw me.
