Kill-switch should not prevent players from leveling the bloodweb, it also should last few days
I don't think it is that acceptable for players to have killers (unique non substitutable characters) kill-switched without an ETA of them returning available and said ETA being along the lines of 24/48 hours.
Some people lost their main like this, others lost the chance to unlock perks that the new gring system requires close to 2mil bp (the current cap) to unlock and they can't even do that. Said character and perks have been paid for with real money and instead of having a system that reports and possibly bans those that use an exploit we punish everyone by taking down one of the fairest/weakest killers without anything as compensation. Not even a little amount of shards or BP.
I don't want to sound like I am throwing a tantrum but I don't really think that this kind of inconvenience is acceptable.

i think they just cant give an eta because they need to find what lets that problem happen and then they need to find away to fix it without breaking something else. it gets a bit harder when you think about the fact nothing got changed with clown this patch so why does something break now

Whilst I appreciate the feedback on this. Sometimes it's not possible to give an actual ETA - we're looking at around the 2nd hotfix but until we have confirmation that this bug is fully fixed we cannot give anymore information than that.
We also do not want to ban our players who could use a bug accidentally like this - this is part of the reason we have the Kill Switch in the game in the first place, so we can remove something that is game breaking with as little impact as possible on normal gameplay.

Would be nice if everyone was forced to restart their game when a killswitch goes into effect because people refusing to close their game to abuse these bugs is a major problem
