I don't know if this is gen specific or a bug with tinkerer itself.
I was playing on Badham as the pig using tinkerer Tier 1. I got a notification for tinkerer on the generator that can only be worked on by 1 person between the bushes. I pushed the survivor off the gen and kicked it ( I did have call of brine equipped) later I got the same tinkerer notification and kicked it again and I got the tinkerer notification 1 more time but they finished the gen the 3rd time. So basically the tinkerer nerf didn't work on that gen, it didn't appear to activate multiple times on any other gens. I'm aware call of brine can trigger a aura like tinkerer but I made sure that I was also undetectable all 3 times.
