Make Overcharge 300% regression, currently it's a worse Call Of Brine

Call of Brine has the same effect as Overcharge, but it kicks in immediately. The only things that Overcharge does better are so mild and incomparable that I don't consider it worth it, and buffing Overcharge to 300% max regression I think would make it much more interesting. That, and possible make the regression start at 100%.

    Thats what it originally was gonna be but they had to scale it to where it us now because it was getting stacked with call of brine for 250% to start and got up to 400%

    I don't know if it should be 300%, but I do think it should start at 100% regression and not 75%. Currently at 75% if you kick a gen with it and it gets stabilized within about 12 seconds you would have been better off kicking it without that perk at all, assuming the survivors are able to consistently hit its skill check (12 seconds is about how long it takes for the gen regression to make up for that slower speed.)

    They nerfed it because it was too good with Call of Brine. Just make it NOT WORK WITH CALL OF BRINE and put it back to where it used to be.

    The LAST thing Killers need are more perks that do nothing unless you use another perk with it.

    imo it should just start at 100% regression and go up to 200% over 30 seconds.

    right now it has a downside with no real upside other than punishing survivors abandoning generators which normally doesnt happen that often.


    I am a fan of gradual buffs and nerfs, overcharge should get buffed slightly again and again until it is a good perk. right now it s just worse than CoB sadly
