Steam: old Demogorgon perks are still listed as "Demogorgon perk", but don't unlock with Demogorgon

Perks that previously belonged to Demogorgon still list that they are "Demogorgon perk", but prestiging Demogorgon doesn't unlock them for everyone (I have Demogorgon at prestige 9).
I would expect either for them to NOT be listed as Demogorgon perks, or for them to be unlocked by prestiging him.

if you owned demogorgon before stranger things chapter got removed you will still see the text that mentions it's his perks, however, they are still considered general perks and can be unlocked by any character
