Iron will could have been better

The only perk change that has affected my playstyle is Ironwill. It was such a good perk and played to my playstyle of using stealth/camo to hide whilst injured and after breaking LOS. But this version of Ironwill is completely redundant. Imo, it could have been reworked a lot better in several ways.

1. Could have been like dead hard in which you activate it and its a lasting effect of say 3/4/5 seconds, just enough to possibly give the killer the slip. Could have made it so it can't be used again until fully healed or be on a long cool down timer.

2. Why couldn't it be 100% silence when injured until fully healed? (once per trial)

3. 30,40,50 seconds of a filled guage to go silent when you choose to activate it (whilst injured)

Sure there are probably other ideas for it but I just think its a completely pointless perk now that didn't need gutting like that. The meta shake up is nice in places, but some of them they got a bit wrong imo.

I’d rather it be what it is now than any of your suggestions—no offense. I’m none to keen on perks that only work once in a trial. And maybe it last up to 3 seconds isn’t really useful for evading a killer because you still bleed, leave scratch marks, and create noises/notifications if you perform any rushed actions. You could say there are perks to help with this, and there are. But then you’re pretty much creating an entire build just to get value from your version of Iron Will.

I feel like Iron Will was a perk they wanted to die much like Dead Hard when they said they wanted to shake up the meta. Funny enough Dead Hard is 10 times more value than the current Iron Will. While it still has uses on quiet survivors, if you run meta exhaustion perks it is pointless to have equipped iron will. I thought they were going to make it time based like Lucky Break, and allow you to regenerate it while not in chase in the killers terror radius. The exhaustion is what killed it in my opinion, 75% is enough on survivors like Ace.
