Missing all the items, add-ons and offerings from some characters after the update.

After the last update, the prestige reword one, i noticed that i suddenly miss all my items, add ons and offerings from some random characters.
Actually The Huntress, Feng-min, Laurie Strode, Ashley J Williams and Steve Harrington.
Now i have them lvl1 without any offering or items and add-on, while before the update im quite sure they were lvl50 (or so, maybe 40-50 range) with all the regular items and offerings that were left on them.
Seems like it happened only on some characters since others i had in the same situations didn't experienced the problem.
