Switch - Distortion makes Object of Obsession unusable

IGNORE THIS, ITS NOT A PROBLEM, IM JUST UNINFORMED


When Distortion has any tokens and Object of Obsession activates you will NOT see the killers aura and the 6% action speed you get from OoO does not work; while Distortion will lose a token as intended. If Distortion has NO tokens then OoO will work as intended.

I played 5 matches to see if the bug was consistent, it was. Two of the killers in the 5 matches were a Pig but the two perks worked as described in the above paragraph when the Pig was detectable.

    you reveal your self to the killer while using object of obsession, distortion activated because of that and object cannot reveal the killer because your aura is not seen by the killer, that's intended

    This isn't a bug. The killer has to be able to see your aura for OoO to work and Distortion prevents that from happening. You're not meant to use those perks together. When OoO’s 30 second timer is up, it simply attempts to reveal your aura to the killer (which Distortion blocked); it doesn’t guarantee that the perk will actually activate if this fails.

    It's not just Distortion either - anything that would block the killer from seeing your aura (eg. a Shadow Step totem) will also prevent OoO from activating.

    Object only works when the killer can see your aura, distortion stops that. This is working as intended
