We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
The Cenobite - "Original Pain" Addon Negates "Off the Record" Endurance Status Effect

Just played a game against The Cenobite where I was recently unhooked while using the perk "Off the Record." As intended, I would have had the endurance status effect for 80 seconds and be able to be hit without being downed. I was then chained by the killer's power, and his hitbox broke a chain putting me into the "Deep Mend" state. I was then immediately downed and not given another health state. I don't know if this is intended or not, but some clarity would be nice.

It's intended, because endurance doesn't stack through deep wound. If you're already in deep wound, then Off the Record won't protect against being downed. From 6.1.0 Patch notes:
