Missing Clown Cosmetic

So I had got the curtain call chapter as a perk with Microsoft rewards along with the Clown's Pulcinella outfit but as of 6.1.3 it says that I no longer own the cosmetic despite owning the dlc and having it installed. Any help would be appreciated.

I would suggest contacting Support directly with regards to this, they're the best people to go to for things that are missing on accounts, as they have direct access to your account and can see more than we can see on the forums.
