Missing information | French translation for Thanataphobia

In French, we have missing information about Thanataphobia. It says (roughly): "For each injured, dying or hooked Survivor, all Survivors receive a penalty of 2%, up to 8% to repair, sabotage and Totem-cleansing speeds."
That's all. No mention of the additional 12% nor the condition to get the additional 12%. I mean, even if you don't understand French, you can see there are only two numbers: 2% and 8%.
I don't know if it's intentional, but if it's not, I just wanted to let know about it.
