XBOX SERIES S - Major frame drops in haddonfield house of pain

House of pain basement on haddonfield drops mega frames everytime you go down there.
This is the only location I get frame drops however if feels like my frames go to 10fps.
I am not the only one experiencing this as I have asked others however everyone iv asked owns a console.
Please fix it. Cant go down there without getting motion sickness
