End Game After End Game Collapse is Complete

I've had this problem several times where there is a cheater or the last survivor has lagged out, the End Game Collapse bar is gone, but the game continues. I am then forced to disconnect from the game, wasting loads of time and losing anything I gained from that match. There needs to be a fail safe for the match to end no matter what after End Game Collapse completes.
