Injured Speed boost Still Randomly Doesn't Happen

It's been a while since 6.1.0 released and the bug where you get hit and almost feel literally slower than normal running speed and gain 0 distance is still there.

They nerfed the distance you gain from getting hit

I..know? It's because they messed with it now sometimes it's 0 seconds. I literally run at 4m/s or less post hit sometimes.
